Charmwood comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed. In the living room, we can set up an additional 1 or 2-person bed, stylishly screened off with long linen curtains for privacy.

Absolutely! We welcome up to 2 dogs at Charmwood. They're allowed on the furniture as long as you use the plaids we've provided for that purpose. The garden is fully fenced, and there are plenty of off-leash walking areas nearby.

Yes, a baby cot can be arranged on request. We can also provide all the necessary items including linens, a high chair, plates, and cutlery. Just let us know when you book.

Charmwood has its own private parking space right at the property. No need to search for street parking or pay for parking passes.

The living room has blackout curtains for all windows and the French doors. The skylights don't have blackout curtains, so you might wake up with the sunrise — which we consider a feature, not a bug!

We use a key safe for self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience. Full instructions will be sent before your arrival.

Completely. The house sits on its own 1500m² plot between the farmlands. The garden is fully fenced, and there are no immediate neighbors. It's just you, the birds, and the polder.

Everything you need: bed linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, Smeg kettle, oven, dishwasher), firewood for the wood-burning stoves, outdoor equipment (BBQ, fire pit), and bikes. Just bring yourself and your groceries.

The village of Eemnes is within walking distance and has two supermarkets, a baker, and a greengrocer. For more extensive shopping, the nearby towns are easily accessible by bike or car.

Yes, Charmwood has WiFi. That said, we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy the peace. But we understand that sometimes you need to check in with the real world.
